All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective app store.

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal. We will notify you of price changes in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StepMode regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except that our affiliates are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labour disputes, government actions, or internet/infrastructure failures.
